Should healthcare education undergo a transformation, and if so, what are the steps on the path of change? Dr. Kirch moderates a discussion where you, the participants, voice your ideas about how healthcare education should change and what we need to do to get there.

Discussion questions:

  1. What are the biggest barriers in establishing a culture of collaboration in the academic health professions?
  2. If you could recommend one action to address a barrier to change, what would it be?
