Please make comments on the proposed communications strategy below. This document will inform the development of a press release and other communication materials.

GOAL Adoption of Activity Report
MEASURABLE OBJECTIVE 50 downloads of spec package in first quarter of release
AUDIENCE/DECISION MAKERS ABMS, Certifying boards, CE providers, AMA, licensing boards
CORE CONCERNS/VALUES OF AUDIENCE Assure competence of clinicians, fulfill new abms standards for documenting CME and self-assessment, fulfill AMA or AAFP requirements for documenting POC learning, provide a value add for clinicians seeking to fulfill license and certification requirements
PERCEIVED BARRIERS
Lack of awareness of the problem at the executive level, Intra-organization politics, not-invented-here syndrome,  legacy systems, no commercial tool support, no customers requesting, boards are not demanding
MESSAGE
Accountability for Lifelong Learning and Improvement
New standard enables digital tracking of healthcare education and certification activities
