When characterizing evidence, it may be important to distinguish experiences with real patients vs simulation. If we are using instructional methods and assessment methods from the curriculum inventory, we may already be accounting for that.

Allow scores related to performance frameworks (aka milestones) to be represented as a decimal point on a given scale (ie 1.5 on a scale of 1-5) as opposed to associating with a specific level of perfomrance on a scale.

Some performance frameworks are generic and get applied across competencies. The educational achievement spec would need to take that into account (a competency may not be referenced in the performance framework).
