AUDIENCE/DECISION MAKERS Decision makers for learning systems: directors of education, e-learning director, repository manager, technology producer, IT staff at societies, umbrella organizations, government, continuing education providers, universities
CORE VALUES OF AUDIENCE Save money, grow online education offerings, increase quality of online education offerings, try new education approaches like point of care learning, Be able to work with other repositories and systems - interoperability
PERCEIVED BARRIERS Intra-organization politics, not-invented-here syndrome, we don't share, we're already the best, legacy systems, no commercial tool support, no customers requesting, lack of technical knowledge, lack of interoperability with existing framework
