These changes would occur to represent the fact that with XPath, the elements named bellow will not contain IDs but rather Xpaths to file locations that contain the required data. It was suggested to replace "ID" with "Path" or "Ref". So "MediaID" would become "MediaPath" or "MediaRef". ItemID would become "ItemPath" or "ItemRef" etc.
