Subject: Proposed changes to the Healthcare LOM

Standards Committee,

We would like to request two changes in the Healthcare LOM:

1) activityCertification
A value in the restricted list of values for this element is "AMA PRA 
category 1".
This year, AMA changed their format to "AMA PRA Category 1".

2) creditUnit
The values in this restricted list are all plural ("Credits", "Credit 
Hours", "Units", etc.). We would prefer that these were singular, as 
it is easier to make a plural out of something than it is to make it 
singular, if there is only 1 unit of something.
