single in-person activity. HealthStream proposes the addition of "Time
Zone" to the in-person activity element.
Concerning the
"activityLocation" element, HealthStream provides city, state and country
as well as additional details such as building and room name. If the committee
would like, HealthStream could propose more details in the Guidance section for
"activityLocation".
Element:
Activity Start DateTime
Description: The
date and time associated with the beginning of an in-person
activity.
Guidance:
Indicate the date and time upon which the in-person activity will begin. Use
date format MM/DD/YYYY. (Example: 10/01/2006, meaning October 1, 2006
not January 10, 2006). Use time format "HH:MM AM" or
"HH:MM PM" as applicable.
Element:
Activity End DateTime
Description: The
date and time associated with the end of an in-person
activity.
Guidance: Indicate
the final date and time associated with the end of
an in-person activity. Activity End DateTime may be the
same as the Activity Start DateTime, but no earlier. Use date format
MM/DD/YYYY. (Example: 10/01/2006, meaning October 1, 2006 not January 10,
2006). Use time format "HH:MM AM" or "HH:MM PM" as
applicable.
Element:
Activity Time Zone
Description: The
respective time zone in which the in-person activity will
occur.
Guidance: Indicate
time zone as Eastern Standard Time (EST), Central Standard Time (CST), Mountain
Standard Time (MST), Pacific Standard Time (PST),
Alaska Standard Time (AKST), Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HAST) along
with their Daylight Savings Time complements, which replace the 'S' in each
acronym with a 'D'.
