A Learner requests a copy of his educational trajectory data

The Learner has a copy of his educational trajectory data for personal use. The Learner may choose to send this data to a graduate program or import it into another system in the event of a transfer.

An eFolio system has access to the learner's educational trajectory data and is capable of transmitting the data.

OR
The Learner's school has an eFolio a Local portfolio system that has educational trajectory data and is capable of exporting the data.

The Learner logs into the eFolio system and views his data.
The Learner selects an option to export educational trajectory data from the eFolio system.
The eFolio system provides a data file for the Learner to download.
OR
The Learner sends the Administrator a request for a data copy of his Educational Trajectory Data.

A Graduate Program Director requests educational trajectory data from a medical school for a Learner who is an applicant to the graduate program.

Educational trajectory data is transferred to the graduate program system and can be accessed by the Graduate Program Director.

The Learner's school has an An eFolio system that has access to the learner's educational trajectory data and is capable of exporting transmitting the data.

The graduate program has a system capable of importing educational trajectory data and presenting it to the Graduate Program Director.

An Administrator The eFolio system receives the Graduate Program Director's request for the Learner's educational trajectory data.
The Administrator contacts the The eFolio system obtains authorization from the Learner to request permission to send the Learner's educational trajectory data to the graduate program.
The Learner releases the authorizes release of the educational trajectory data or a subset of educational trajectory data for transmission to the graduate program.
The Administrator accesses the eFolio system and initiates a transfer of the educational trajectory data or a subset of educational trajectory data to the graduate program. If local policies require, the Administrator may select the eFolio system may transfer additional data to send that provides further context (comparative data, identification of data collected but not sent, etc.).
