Learning Record Store (LRS)
The supervisor elects to review a recording of the learner's performance for the purpose of providing feedback.
Success end condition

The preceptor system is capable of generating XAPI messages and sending them to the LRS.
The preceptor system has access to a recording of the learner's performance.
The learner is identified to the preceptor system.
The preceptor is identified to the preceptor system.
The preceptor system is indicated in the context of the XAPI messages or the system is authenticating to the LRS.
If the preceptor system is not at the "home" institution, the agent offering the activity may be indicated as the authority asserting that the individual did what the statement says they did.
The supervisor uses the preceptor system to view a recording of the learner performing an actual or simulated task and notes an action for which he or she would like to provide feedback.
The supervisor enters their feedback into the preceptor system along with any recommendations for remediation.
The preceptor system sends a message to the LRS recording the supervisor's feedback and recommendations for remediation with a time stamp to indicate the point in the recording that triggered the feedback.
