  • The implementing system should provide displays that integrate different types of data (ie competency data and activities and test scores)
  • The Denver Developmental approach to characterizing developmental milestones is a useful one to look at. You can look at an age and see where a child should be developmentally. A similar approach based on time in traiing would be helpful (although data collected using teh standard would be necessary to get there)
  •  Any systemn implementing will need policies on learner control and release of data.
